
Yoga was my saviour and still is!
Yoga – the source of my surviving. This sounds weird but it is the essence of what Yoga means to me, personally.
I always wanted to dive more into the knowledge about Yoga and finally did it with a yoga teacher training in 2020 – before I started this journey I soaked in every article and bought magazines and books about yoga to learn, to immerse myself in this realm. As if its my little island of happiness although it often was the darkest place I’ve ever seen. But due to Yoga I was able to see light even in these dark places.
You see, it’s not just an exercise, it’s so much more than that for me.
This blog is like my journal – it’s my way but that doesn’t mean it’s unique just for me. If my story helps anyone else to ease even a tiny bit of their worries or to reassure someone that they are not alone, then I am already happy.
We are all on our way, life is not an easy walk, we all struggle and fail and fall – this is to reassure you that you are not alone! We all are not alone! Take it as a virtual hand you can reach out to, a virtual hug when needed, a virtual friend who will be there.
